TRENDELIVERY – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to TRENDELIVERY. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our moving, storage, cleaning and delivery services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
TRENDELIVERY provides professional moving, transportation, storage, cleaning and delivery services. This includes the transportation of customer belongings from the provided address to the designated destination.
All services are performed with care and professionalism; however, customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly prepared prior to our arrival unless otherwise agreed.
2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, customers agree to:
- Have all belongings packed and ready prior to the scheduled service time
- Ensure furniture is properly wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage
- Provide clear access to all items being moved or stored
If additional items require packing or wrapping by TRENDELIVERY staff, the customer must:
- Provide a detailed list of such items
- Submit this list at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled move date
Additional fees may apply for packing services not previously disclosed.
3. PRICING & INCLUDED COSTS
Unless otherwise specified in writing, the quoted service price includes:
- Transportation costs
- Labor
- Fuel, tolls and parking expenses
- Standard equipment required for the move
Additionally, colored tape and labeling stickers may be included as part of the service.
Any additional services, delays or special handling requirements may result in extra charges.
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time or on the day of the move will result in forfeiture of the full deposit (non-refundable).
- The original service date will be used as the reference point for cancellation timing.
- Customers may reschedule their service within the 24-hour window without penalty, subject to availability.
Exceptions may apply if otherwise stated in your official quote.
5. LIABILITY & DAMAGE PREVENTION
TRENDELIVERY takes every precaution to ensure the safe handling of your belongings. However:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packed and protected
- TRENDELIVERY is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packing performed by the customer
- Any claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after service completion
Optional protection or additional coverage may be available upon request.
6. DELAYS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
TRENDELIVERY is not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Building restrictions or access limitations
- Circumstances beyond our control
We will make every reasonable effort to communicate and minimize disruptions.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
Full or partial payment (deposit) may be required to secure your booking.
Remaining balances are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in withholding of services or additional fees.
8. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By booking services with TRENDELIVERY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
